Known for his strategic thinking and sharp analytical skills, Zorayas is a trusted partner to investors, developers, and clients—helping them navigate property acquisitions, development deals, and strategic sales with confidence.

Zorayas began his career as an Assistant Accountant working closely with major builders, before advancing to General Manager at a leading Melbourne property developer, where he oversaw sales, contracts, and operations for large-scale residential and commercial projects. He has also held senior leadership roles across finance and development, including positions such as Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

As a seasoned property investor, Zorayas has a strong track record of identifying and delivering on high-performing opportunities in both commercial and residential markets. He has successfully guided clients through acquisitions, project feasibility, and risk assessment—consistently aligning strategies with market trends to maximize returns.
